I have been afraid of the dentist for well over two decades. I've had horrible experiences in the past of not being fully numb before procedures and the dentist basically just saying to calm down (as they hit nerves 😩). I voiced my concerns to the Crossroads Dental team and they were so sympathetic and caring. I brought headphones in for some fillings and the Dr let me know what she was doing before doing it and kept checking on how I was doing throughout the procedure. I literally hugged her afterward. The front desk girls are the sweetest, the hygienist and dental assistants are thorough and so knowledgeable. I've never enjoyed going to the dentist until now! 10/10 would recommend. Gold stars all around. First place trophies. Go here. It's the best!
It was a wonderful experience the hygienist was very polite and professional and gentle with cleaning my teeth didn't feel any pain her hands were delicate i chose this dental office 10 yrs ago and been going ever since and the entire staff are very polite and professional couldn't imagined going anywhere else the location is nice also and the office is very clean and family friendly.
I have been going to their office for many years now and have always thought the staff and the doctors are great. They are friendly, very efficient. I highly recommend them!
I hate going to the dentist! But we all have to go. So if your looking for a good dentist and very friendly workers CROSSROADS DENTAL GROUP is the place to go..They are the best dental place I have ever gone . Now I don't mind going to the dentist. Everyone that works there makes you feel very comfortable. It is in Riverbank right next door to Verizon. On Oakdale road and Claribele. In the Target shopping center.
Staff is very friendly and personable! My daughters also enjoy going as well which is so nice.
